Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of Retirement Corporation of America, Beth oversees the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of the firm’s entire advisory business. She plays a critical role in helping shape and guide the future growth and development of our company.

Beth Schlehr has over 20 years of experience in operations, consulting and audit. She is a 1983 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. Beth has performed various roles including Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of and innovative start-up business; consulting manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting; and management positions in operations, technology and audit for Fortune 150 companies.

Beth has also held numerous officer positions for non-profit organizations focused on schools and communities including, Business Advisory Member to Board of Education. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Countryside YMCA Swim Team Program and manages a 9/11 Memorial Fund.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys all types of volunteer work and sports including skiing, golf, cycling and swimming. Beth and her husband Paul have three sons Matthew, Carl and Edward.
